Easy Smoothie Recipes
Here are a few basic recipes to get you started on your smoothie adventures!
Servings: 1 person
Green PB Banana Smoothie
- 1 handful spinach, fresh
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2-1 cup milk of your choice start with less milk & increase if needed
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- your choice of sweetener (if/as needed)
You're Gonna Love It Green Smoothie
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1/2 pear frozen or fresh
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup almond milk, original flavor (if you use another kind of milk, you may need to add a sweetener.)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
I found the recipe for the original recipe for the You're Gonna Love It Green Smoothie here on BuzzFeed & I tweaked it a little because I am not a fan of Kale, but you can try it with kale instead of spinach if you like.
