Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, salted
  • 2 bags marshmallows, 10 oz
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 12 cups rice krispie cereal
  • 16 bars (mini) PB Snickers (minis-individually wrapped) chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips melted

Instructions

  • Chop the PB snickers into small pieces and set aside.
  • Place a piece of parchment paper over your cassarole dish. It doesn't have to cover it completely, just overlap on the side to help you remove the bars once they are cooled. Then spray the pan and parchment with cooking spray.
  • Melt butter, marshmallows, and peanut butter on medium heat in a large pot, stirring continually.
  • Once the marshmallows are melted completely, remove the pot from heat and add in the rice krispie cereal. Mix thoroughly!
  • Once the cereal/marshmallow mixture is completely mixed, add the candy bar pieces and mix thru quickly so the bars won't melt.
  • Place cereal mixture into a large 9x13 inch casserole dish and gently pat down with the back of a spatula of you wet fingers. Be careful to not press down or "pack in" the cereal mixture, this will make your bars hard.
  • After allowing the bars to cool completely, lift them out of the pan using parchment paper & onto a large cutting board. Cut into equal-size bars with a large sharp knife.

Chocolate Drizzle

  • Place chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Take bowl out and stir chocolate. If not melted, put back in the microwave for another 20-30 seconds, continuing to stir the chocolate each time until chocolate is melted thru.
  • Allow chocolate to cool slightly, then add to a ziplock bag or a disposable icing bag (my preference. Cut a small opening int he end of the bag and carefully drizzle the chocolate on the top of each bar. Allow the chocolate to set and harden.
