Garlic Rosemary Almonds
These delicious, savory almonds make a great snack or salad topping!

- 4 cups raw almonds
- 2 tbsp olive oil or oil of choice, I also use grapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp rosemary, dried
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch cayenne powder use up to 2 tsp depending on you preference
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place the almonds on a large sheet pan (I use a jelly roll pan)
Pour the oil and spices on top of the almonds
Mix thoroughly with your hands making sure to coat each almond.
Bake almonds for approximately 15 minutes or until color deepens. Stir half way thru the 15 minutes and place back in oven.
Allow the almonds to rest until cool. They will taste chew, not crispy until they are completely cooled.
